Registration Agreement

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

This Registration Agreement applies when you create or maintain an account with Easys Residential IP Solution ("Easys") at voguesly.com.

1. Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and keep it updated. False or misleading registration details may result in account restrictions.

2. Account Ownership

The registered user is responsible for all activity under the account unless unauthorized use is promptly reported with supporting details.

3. Credential Security

• Keep your password and verification methods confidential.
• Use strong passwords and avoid reuse across platforms.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect compromise.

4. Verification and Risk Review

Easys may require additional verification or risk checks for suspicious registration behavior, abuse indicators, or compliance requests.

5. Prohibited Registration Behavior

• Creating accounts for fraud, abuse, or circumvention of restrictions.
• Bulk/automated registration without authorization.
• Account trading, resale, or transfer without written approval.

6. Suspension or Removal

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

This Agreement forms part of the overall service contract. If a conflict exists, the Terms of Service and applicable law control.
