By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Service Scope

Easys provides network access tools and related account management features. Service scope, performance, route availability, and supported regions may change over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use.

4. Account and Security

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for account credentials and device security.
• Sharing accounts beyond plan limits is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the services for unlawful or abusive activities, including:

• Fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorized intrusion.
• Spam, harassment, or rights infringement.
• Any activity that materially harms network stability or other users.

6. Billing and Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the plan page and checkout details at purchase time. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once service is delivered.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform security, or create legal risk.

8. Service Availability

We aim for stable availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed due to third-party networks, force majeure, maintenance, or policy restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All service software, branding, text, and design elements are owned by Easys or licensors. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or distribute without permission.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
